We constantly monitor the quality and reliability of our team members and ensure each project is running like clockwork and most importantly the clients are happy with our service.

Although it is necessary for all our team members to hold a current SIA licence, this is not enough to be a part of Heathmount's unique and diverse team. Each prospective team member is hand picked by the Managing Director, interviewed and then monitored for the first six months during their early projects to make sure the person matches the CV and recommendations. They must show that they are at the very top end of their game to maintain a position within Heathmount. Our clients expect this and so does the Managing Director.
